Intuitive Psychic Mediumship Readings

A psychic medium is someone who can connect with the spirit world, including loved ones who have passed, as well as higher spiritual guidance. Through intuitive senses (often called the “clairs,” such as clear seeing, hearing, knowing, and feeling), a medium can receive information and messages that may include evidence of a person’s life, personality, memories, and presence.

Mediumship is often described as a bridge between two worlds. These sessions can bring comfort, validation, peace, and healing, especially for those moving through grief after losing a loved one or pet.

Psychic mediumship can also include intuitive insight into the energy of the living. Many clients receive guidance around relationships, life path, career, emotional patterns, and the deeper lessons unfolding in their current season of life.

Stephanie connects to your energy in the present moment and may receive information connected to your past, present, and potential future, with the understanding that you always have free will and the ability to shift outcomes. She can tune into emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual pain, helping you bring awareness to root patterns, repeated cycles, blocks, and what’s ready to change.

Messages can come through in ways that feel unexpected, symbolic, or specific. Stephanie will always relay what she receives with empathy, respect, and care, even if it feels random in the moment. Often, these details hold deeper meaning than you may realize at first.

Frequently asked customer questions

Stephanie offers 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions, depending on the level of support and depth you’re looking for.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can fully relax in. If you’re wearing a smart watch, belt, jewelry, or anything tight/restrictive, you may be asked to remove it before your session so your body can settle more easily.

If you can, try to avoid alcohol, red meat, and processed sugars for 24–48 hours before your session. Come as you are, but be open to sharing anything you’d like support with such as stress, heavy emotions, anxiety, low mood, mental overwhelm, or patterns you’re ready to shift.

 Please also let me know about any medical conditions, past injuries, physical limitations, or anything you’d like me to be mindful of during your session.

Most people leave a session feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, calmer, and more clear.

Occasionally, someone may experience what’s called a healing response (sometimes referred to as a “healing crisis”). As the body’s energy shifts and your system begins releasing what it has been holding, you may feel things like a mild headache, fatigue, stomach discomfort, emotional release, or needing extra rest.

If this happens, it’s usually a sign your body is processing and clearing. Drink extra water, eat lighter meals, and rest.

Many clients also report better sleep, vivid dreams, emotional clarity, and feeling more grounded in their decisions after a session.

Reiki often continues working in the body for 24–48 hours after your session. For best results, I recommend (as gently as possible):

Also pay attention to what shifts. You might notice:

  • You’re more emotionally regulated

  • Your sleep improves

For most people, sessions every 2–6 weeks are a powerful rhythm for consistent energetic “maintenance” and deeper healing over time. If you’re going through something heavier like grief, injury, burnout, anxiety, or a major life transition, more frequent sessions (like weekly or biweekly) can be incredibly supportive.
